I'm still not too fond of the final design. I dunno... I'm just not a huge fan of caricatures. It took A LOT of restraint to keep myself from doing a portrait of myself.... *sigh* will I ever get this right? :/

Also the patterns on my shirt were a pain to paint. I actually sat there with that exact shirt hanging in front of me as I attempted to copy the design. XD;;; It was tedious but strangely enjoyable.

Witness

We were given 45 sec to make a concept animatic about a character witnessing something. I apologize for the really poopy compression. A lot of my colors were lost during the compiling so here are some stills to see what the difference. XD

These were done for my "Drawing for Animators" class (aka DFA). I had a really difficult time with these because my regular drawing style doesn't look like this. :/ Pulling designs out of silhouettes/textures has got to be one of the most painful things I've ever had to force myself to do... but I'm still going strong! (sort of....)
